Observation

Cans of paint were observed to be located underneath the sink in the covered porch area that are accessible to the children. Observed to be corrected during virtual visit follow up 8/5/2022 The gate to the kitchen, which has an area where cleaning supplies are stored, has a gate, however the gate was observed to be left open multiple times during the visit with no staff or adult in the kitchen and monitoring the kitchen area to ensure children did not access the hazardous items. Observed to be corrected during virtual visit follow up 8/5/2022
